With so many options available, it’s possible that we may not have your dream watch in stock at the moment. However, this doesn’t mean your search has to end there. Through our sourcing service, you have the opportunity to request a specific watch that you’ve been dreaming of. Whether it’s a rare collector’s piece, a limited-edition model, or a particular configuration that’s hard to come by, sourcing allows us to tap into our extensive network of trusted dealers and suppliers to find exactly what you’re looking for. Let us take the challenge of the hunt off your shoulders and make your dream watch a reality.
STEP 1
Simply fill out our sourcing form and provide us with the details of the watch you’re looking for. Be sure to include key information such as the brand, model name, reference number, production year, material, dial style, and colour. To make the process even smoother, you can also upload photos of the specific watch you’re after. This helps us ensure we’re searching for exactly what you have in mind and streamlines the process of locating your dream timepiece.
STEP 2
Once we receive your sourcing request, a member of our team will reach out to notify you that your request has been reviewed and to confirm the details you’ve provided. This step ensures that we have all the accurate information needed to begin the search for your desired watch. To initiate the sourcing process, we require a £1,000 deposit. This deposit acts as a safeguard, helping us distinguish between serious buyers and casual inquiries, as we dedicate significant time and effort to locate your perfect timepiece. Rest assured, your time is just as valuable to us as ours, and this deposit ensures a commitment to finding your dream watch.
STEP 3
Once we’ve located your desired watch, we’ll send you detailed photos and information about the piece using the same method we used to confirm the details in step one. This ensures transparency and gives you the opportunity to review the watch thoroughly before moving forward. Once you’ve reviewed the information and confirmed that you’re happy with the watch, we’ll proceed to arrange delivery.
You have three convenient options for receiving your timepiece:

Insured Shipping: We’ll safely ship the watch to your address with full insurance for your peace of mind. Please note that payment and valid ID must be provided prior to shipping.

Hand Delivery: For a more personal touch, we can deliver the watch to you in person. Payment and valid ID must be provided in advance for this service.

In-Person Collection: If you prefer, you can collect the watch directly from us. In this case, a valid ID must be presented before collection.
