12 DAY RETURN POLICY
At Foster & Sohne., we stand by the quality of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 12 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Condition: The watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all protective stickers intact, and accompanied by the original packaging, manuals, and certificates.
2. Inspection: Returns are subject to inspection to ensure the watch meets the above condition.
3. Exclusions: Customised or specially ordered watches are not eligible for return.
4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured service.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
